This National Institute brings together leading practitioners and in-house counsel to address the legal, ethical, marketing, strategic, and managerial considerations to guide your advice and decision-making.
The Internal Corporate Investigations National Institute Steering Committee, the Criminal Justice Section White Collar Crime Committee and the Business Law Section have collaborated to create an insightful and valuable program for in-house and outside counsel, as well as other professionals involved in corporate investigations.
