ABA 3rd Annual National Institute on E-Discovery - Practical Solutions for Dealing with Electronically Stored Information (ESI)
May 22, 2009
The National Institute on E-Discovery is a joint effort of the ABA Center for Continuing Legal Education and the ABA Section of Litigation patterned after the highly successful Class Actions Institute. E-discovery has become an integral part of federal litigation and is migrating into the state courts with rapidity. This National Institute annually brings together an all-star line-up of in-house counsel, judges, e-discovery experts, and private practitioners for a full day of advanced-level programs on e-discovery issues, including ethics issues. This National Institute gives attendees meaningful opportunities to interact with the faculty, and written materials with a shelf life to help busy practitioners navigate this growing complex discovery thicket.
