Many legal issues, including Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (drones) and cybersecurity risk management, will be explored at the 2015 American Bar Association Annual Meeting, taking place July 30-August 4 in Chicago.
David Bodenheimer, future vice-chair of the ABA Section of Science & Technology, will be speaking at SciTech's CLE program on August 1. His panel topic, "Drones, Technology, and Markets: Caught in the Crosshairs of Federal Regulators & Cyber Spies," will discuss current issues in the regulation of drones, with specific reference to privacy and safety at the state and federal level. Other panelists include Matthew Henshon (moderator), Donna A. Dulo, Hillary B. Farber, and Timothy M. Ravich.
