Overview

Tara Singh is an associate in Crowell & Moring’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Health Care and Corporate groups. Her practice focuses on counseling health care entities and not-for-profit corporations on a wide range of regulatory and transactional matters.

Tara works with a diverse set of health care entities, including hospitals and health centers, health care technology companies, accountable care organizations, medical device manufacturers, and health plans, seeking to comply with federal and state laws and regulations while improving individual and population health. She has also represented health care entities in various complex corporate transactions. Tara also maintains an active pro bono practice in immigration, asylum, and access to health care.

Before joining Crowell, Tara graduated cum laude from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of the Urban Law Journal, and a volunteer for the International Refugee Assistance Program. Tara also studied public health at Columbia University and psychology and environmental studies at Washington University in St. Louis.
