Overview

Stephon’s practice focuses on providing counseling and litigation support to clients involved in product liability matters, employment discrimination claims, and wage and hour disputes.

He has experience participating in witness interviews, investigating discrimination charges, and counseling clients in regulatory compliance matters. Stephon also advises clients on product risk mitigation and regulatory enforcement issues before the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), including matters involving CPSC investigations, reporting obligations, and product safety regulations.

During law school, Stephon served as an articles editor for The George Washington Law Review and a judicial intern for the Honorable Moxila A. Upadhyaya at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. As a student attorney in The George Washington University Law School’s Public Justice Advocacy Clinic, Stephon drafted multiple dispositive motions in wage and hour and Freedom of Information Act disputes. Stephon was a member of GW Law’s Moot Court, Mock Trial, and Alternative Dispute Resolution skills boards and won several awards in oral advocacy competitions.
