- Defended a leading television services company in a breach of contract dispute in a multi-week jury trial that resulted in a favorable settlement mid-trial.
- Represented an aerospace company in a wrongful termination and retaliation suit in a multi-week jury trial that resulted in a complete defense verdict.
Trademark, False Advertising, Copyright and Trade Secrets
- Defended a household and pet supply manufacturer in a joint venture trade secret dispute in a multi-week jury trial that resulted in a favorable verdict.
- Defended a major aircraft engine manufacturer in a trademark infringement dispute in a split jury and bench trial that resulted in a favorable verdict.
- Defended a prominent aerospace company in a multi-week jury trial involving trade secret allegations for which the plaintiffs sought over $100 million; the jury found no trade secrets existed.
- Won a complete defense verdict after a jury trial against consumer class action claims of false advertising related to a homeopathic drug.
- Won summary judgment finding no trademark infringement for a homeopathic drug manufacturer.
- Successfully resolved numerous cease and desist letters relating to copyright infringement on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.
- Represented a stock photography company in copyright infringement litigation that resulted in several favorable settlements.
Food & Beverage
- Represented a Fortune 500 beverage company in putative class action litigations related to allegations of false advertising in N.D. Ill., N.D. Cal., E.D.N.Y and W.D. Mo.
- Successfully moved to dismiss false advertising putative class action claims against a multi-national chain of fast casual bakery-cafes related to glyphosate in N.D. Cal.
- Successfully resolved numerous CLRA and California Bus. and Prof. Code §§ 17200 and 17500 putative class action demand letters related to various food and beverage items.
