Overview

Minjoo Rho is an associate in Crowell & Moring's Los Angeles office and a member of the firm's Corporate and Transactional practice group. Minjoo advises a broad range of clients on corporate and transactional matters, including emerging companies and venture capital, health care, aviation, technology, and real estate transactions.

Minjoo's transactional practice includes advising companies on corporate formation and governance and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements across various industries. Minjoo also supports companies on a range of strategic transactions, including M&A, restructurings and recapitalizations, and private financings. 

Prior to law school, Minjoo was a paralegal of a real estate department, where she prepared legal documents and worked closely with leases and licensing agreements. 

Minjoo received her J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and was chair of their Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
