Mark Fenoughty

Mark Fenoughty is the Chief Financial Officer at Crowell & Moring, where he leads the firm’s finance and accounting functions and helps advance the firm’s strategic business priorities. In this role, he oversees financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, pricing, accounting, billing and collections, taxation, and all aspects of partner compensation.

A seasoned senior finance executive, Mark brings extensive international financial operation and business transformation leadership experience developed over a distinguished career in the legal industry. Before joining Crowell, he held senior finance positions at DLA Piper in Europe, Asia, and the United States. His global perspective and cross-border experience have equipped him with a strong understanding of the financial, operational, and strategic demands of a leading international law firm. 

Mark earned his bachelor’s degree with honors in accounting and finance from Nottingham Trent University and is a UK qualified Chartered Accountant.
