Overview

Emily Welsch is an associate in Crowell & Moring’s San Francisco office, working within the Litigation and Privacy and Cybersecurity groups. She represents clients with complex litigation and regulatory matters, including advising on technology-related issues and privacy laws.

Emily earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law where she also earned a Certificate in Law and Technology. During law school, she served as an editor of the California Law Review and the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. She worked with the ACLU of Northern California as a leader of Berkeley’s Digital Rights Project pro bono group. She also participated in the Samuelson Law, Technology & Public Policy Clinic, where she provided legal assistance on social justice issues related to law and technology.
