Emily McGovern is a newly qualified associate in Crowell & Moring’s Corporate practice in the firm’s London office. Emily trained for two years with the firm as part of a rotational training contract scheme. During her training contract, Emily spent two months in the firm’s Brussels office. Emily focuses on M&A, equity financing, and other corporate matters.
