He regularly assists clients in trademark enforcement cases, as well as opposition and cancellation actions before the Benelux IP Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). Edward is a seasoned litigator whose trademark experience includes several landmark cases that have shaped the legal landscape concerning the liability of online intermediaries for third-party content in the EU. Edward also represents clients in complex patent disputes, including entitlement actions. He assists clients from the pretrial strategy to the enforcement stage, where his deep knowledge of procedural law allows him to win cases that are generally considered unwinnable. Edward's ability to develop creative procedural strategies and achieve favourable outcomes for his clients is a testament to his expertise and dedication. Edward also assists clients in non-contentious matters in relation to IP, by negotiating and drafting licensing agreements, franchise agreements, R&D and collaboration agreements.
