Overview

Daniel Shemesh is an associate in Crowell & Moring’s International Dispute Resolution and Litigation groups, where he represents clients in Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act and Anti-Terrorism Act litigation, as well as health care fraud litigation matters. He maintains a pro bono practice with a focus on landlord-tenant litigation in D.C. Superior Court.

While in law school, Daniel was the senior articles editor for the Public Contract Law Journal. Prior to joining Crowell & Moring, he was a judicial intern for the Honorable Joel M. Cohen in the Supreme Court of New York State – Commercial Division, New York County, and the Honorable Karla N. Smith in Maryland’s Montgomery County Circuit Court.
