Overview

Coco is an experienced litigator with a diverse practice handling complex commercial and business disputes across a variety of sectors, including managed care, financial services, technology, and product manufacturing and distribution. Coco has substantial experience successfully handling all phases of litigation in both state and federal courts. She regularly represents health care industry payors in litigation with providers, and clients in high-stakes litigation and consumer class actions involving contract and business tort disputes. She uses her versatile knowledge to assess risk and counsel clients to address unique litigation issues across markets.

Prior to joining Crowell & Moring, Coco worked at a global law firm. Earlier in her career, Coco was a Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI) Graduate Fellow at the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law’s Pro Bono Litigation Clinic where she handled difficult cases for low-income clients facing an array of legal challenges, including civil rights and employment issues.

In addition to her professional work, Coco is committed to maintaining an active pro bono practice, with a specific focus on immigration and civil rights cases. She has successfully represented multiple families in obtaining asylum.
