Caroline Stevens
Overview
Caroline Stevens has worked in and with law firms for most of her career. Before joining Crowell in 2019, she held a leadership role at an AMLaw 50 firm and a management position in a UK-based international law firm. Prior to transitioning into law firm management, Caroline spent time as an English-law-qualified Solicitor, having trained at a leading London “magic circle” law firm and spending time working for a top 10 AMLaw law firm overseas.
As Chief Practice Management Officer at Crowell, Caroline leads the long-term strategic direction and operational effectiveness of our Practice Management, Practice Support, and Practice Technology functions. Collaborating closely with practice group leaders and firm leadership, she designs and implements strategies that drive efficient legal service delivery, foster innovation, and ensure alignment with firm-wide objectives. Her focus includes directing resource allocation, monitoring financial performance, and enhancing lawyer productivity and professional development to support both departmental and firm growth.
