London – January 9, 2026: Crowell & Moring has elevated Caroline Stevens to serve as Chief Practice Management Officer. In her new role, Stevens oversees the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of the firm’s practice management, practice support, and practice technology functions. She works closely with practice group leaders and firm leadership to design and implement strategies to drive efficient legal service delivery and ensure alignment with client priorities and firm-wide objectives. Stevens becomes Crowell’s first chief officer based outside the U.S., a reflection of the firm’s international growth.
