Overview
Ben is an experienced commercial litigator who has successfully represented clients in contract and business tort disputes in federal and state courts and arbitration. Ben regularly represents health care industry payors in disputes with providers, including payment disputes and affirmative litigation in response to fraud, waste, and abuse. In addition, Ben has represented clients in the energy, fashion, private equity, and manufacturing sectors in high-exposure litigation and international arbitration concerning brand protection and breaches of sales contracts and licensing agreements.
