Overview

Audrey Nankervis is an associate in the Crowell and Moring’s Chicago office and a member of the Advertising and Brand Protection group. Audrey helps clients protect and grow their brands by advising on a broad spectrum of intellectual property matters. Audrey actively practices trademark litigation, prosecution, and counseling, delivering strategic support to protect and grow brand assets efficiently.

Audrey earned her J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law. During law school, she researched international counterfeiting and knockoff retail products, giving her unique insight into evolving IP risks and enforcement challenges faced by brands today. Her ability to communicate complex legal topics was recognized with the Rickert Award for Legal Writing, awarded for her paper analyzing the FDA regulatory landscape in relation to xenotransplantation. She also received a Pro Bono Notation for her commitment to public service, which she continues to cultivate with an active pro bono practice at Crowell.
