Andrea Markstrom is Chief Information Officer at Crowell & Moring, where she partners with firm leadership to drive technology strategy and deliver solutions that support the firm’s business goals. She leads the teams responsible for the firm’s technology platform and operations, with a focus on providing exceptional service and support across the organization.

With more than 30 years of experience leading global IT organizations for major law firms and corporations, Andrea brings deep industry and operational expertise to her role. She is also the founder and CEO of i.WILL, a professional networking organization dedicated to helping women advance their careers. In addition, she serves as Chair of the AchieveCxO National Chapter and as an advisory committee member for Gartner’s Evanta organization and several LegalTech companies
