On the one-year anniversary of Crosley Green’s return to prison for a murder he did not commit, after previously serving more than 30 years, lawyers for Mr. Green asked a Florida court to order the Florida Commission on Offender Review to correct the miscalculation of his eligible parole date. They argue that the Commission arbitrarily added more than 40 years to Mr. Green’s sentence, contrary to Florida law.

Stephen Holland, former senior health counsel on the Committee on Energy & Commerce, U.S. House of Representatives, has joined Crowell & Moring, bringing more than a decade of legislative experience on Capitol Hill.

The Masters Institute in Government Contracting is a specially conceived, advanced program in government contracting. Crowell is proud to be part of the Masters’ program faculty which is hosted and organized by Federal Publications Seminars.

Crowell’s Carina Federico will be a moderator at ABA’s May Tax Meeting in Washington, DC from May 2-4. Carina will moderate the panel More Data, More Problems? Information Overload for Legal and Tax Practitioners on May 3 at 12:00 pm EST.
