In today’s fast-changing business world, companies are reexamining their governance models and human resource strategies, with employee share ownership emerging as a compelling solution to align interests and drive sustainable growth. Discover how to identify the optimal moment to launch such initiatives, understand the driving motivations behind them, and navigate the complex financial, legal, tax, and social issues they entail.
During this session, Emmanuel Plasschaert, Evelien Jamaels, and Sofiane Fergali will lead the discussion on labor law aspects. In addition, François Collon from Collon Law Firm will present the critical tax dimensions related to these initiatives.
This webinar is an essential event for practitioners (accountants, lawyers, auditors, tax advisors, etc.), as well as for entrepreneurs, managers, and employees keen to explore innovative approaches to corporate transformation.
