Federal grants are one of the areas most affected by changes under the Trump Administration. Join Crowell & Moring attorneys as we explore how Administration actions continue to impact grant recipients; discuss best practices in response to suspensions and terminations of awards, delays in payment, and changes to programmatic requirements; and share insights about pending and likely litigation. Our experienced panel will help you stay informed and will provide tips to navigate these challenging times.

In this webinar, Crowell & Moring attorneys focusing on US government grants and cooperative agreements will provide updates on the current state of play regarding:

• Recent Administration actions—including funding freezes, policy reviews, certification requirements, proposed overhead limitations, and agency staffing changes
• Suspensions and stop work orders
• De-scoping and terminations
• Certification requirements
• Indirect rates
• The litigation landscape

This complimentary webinar is for government contractors and grant recipients only.  We kindly ask that outside law firms, government personnel, and press not participate in this webinar.

EPR requirements apply to a variety of consumer product categories, including batteries, electronics, mattresses, pharmaceuticals, textiles, and, most recently, packaging and paper products.
