The Global Legal Customs Association, a network of independent customs and international trade attorneys from around the globe, is hosting a series of free webinars focusing on key trends in customs and trade. On 1 July 2020 the USMCA entered into force replacing the 25 year old NAFTA. USMCA significantly alters the rules on on the basis of which companies have structured their global supply chains and companies are challenged to ensure continued compliance.
