Working Mother Names Crowell & Moring Among 'Best Law Firms for Women' for Fifth Consecutive Year

Washington, D.C. – July 27, 2016: Crowell & Moring LLP is pleased to announce that it has been recognized by Working Mother and Flex Time Lawyers for the fifth consecutive year as one of the "50 Best Law Firms for Women." The list distinguishes law firms that lead the industry in creating and using best practices in retaining and promoting women lawyers. "We are honored that our commitment to the development, retention, and advancement of our women lawyers has again been recognized by Working Mother and Flex-Time Lawyers," Crowell & Moring Managing Partner Ellen Dwyer said. Most recently, the firm’s sponsorship program was ranked first in the "Talent Development" category in The Financial Times "Most Innovative North American Law Firms 2015" special report. The report recognized the program, launched in 2012, as "a robust sponsorship initiative to address the glass ceiling for under-represented lawyers in the firm."
