Washington – July 14, 2022: The National Law Journal named Crowell & Moring counsel Katie Erno to its 2022 list of Employment Law Trailblazers. The list features lawyers who are “agents of change” and have made significant marks on their sector.
Erno, a member of Crowell’s Labor & Employment Group, represents companies in a wide range of complex commercial disputes, with a focus on employment litigation and counseling. The National Law Journal recognized her efforts as a core member of Crowell’s Coronavirus Response Team. Launched in March 2020, the team monitored quickly evolving federal and state orders around the clock as employers faced a number of unprecedented questions. Erno worked to turn lengthy executive orders into a digestible daily compendium for clients as they navigated the crisis and pivoted their operations.
“The COVID-19 pandemic has touched nearly every aspect of employment law,” Erno told the National Law Journal. “Employers have had to be flexible, expedient, and resourceful to keep businesses running while promoting safe and healthy work environments.”
