The Daily Journal Names Crowell & Moring’s Agustin Orozco to “Top Forty Under 40 2022” List

Los Angeles – August 4, 2022: TheDaily Journal has named Crowell & Moring’s Agustin Orozco to its “Top Forty Under 40 2022” list. The list recognizes prominent lawyers in California under the age of 40.
Orozco is a partner in the Los Angeles office and is a member of the firm’s White Collar & Regulatory Enforcement and Government Contracts groups. As a former federal prosecutor, Orozco is a skilled trial lawyer focused on directing complex white collar cases and investigations, handling contentious and sophisticated pretrial litigation, and successfully proving highly difficult cases at trial.
In profiling Orozco, the Daily Journal writes that he “finds plenty of opportunities to bring his previous experience at the U.S. Attorney’s office to bear… [and] has spent years of his career helping to bring fraudsters to justice.”
Orozco represents clients in criminal and civil government investigations and enforcement actions. He also counsels clients on matters involving federal, state, and local government contracts. Orozco has litigated civil False Claims Act matters and other government contracts issues, such as disputes, claims, and terminations. He is experienced in matters involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, including conducting investigations abroad and counseling clients on compliance issues.
