Los Angeles Business Journal Names Valerie Goo to 2022 Leaders of Influence: Litigators & Trial Lawyers List

Los Angeles – July 28, 2022: The Los Angeles Business Journal named Valerie Goo, managing partner of the Los Angeles office, to the 2022 “Leaders of Influence: Litigators & Trial Lawyers” list. Goo is a member of the firm’s Litigation Group and has tried numerous cases in federal and state courts across the country in the areas of complex commercial litigation, trademark infringement, unfair competition, trade secrets, false advertising, and consumer class action. She routinely litigates cases for technology companies, including disputes over development and supply agreements. Goo has extensive experience handling intellectual property, complex commercial litigation, and class action disputes. She has litigated and tried cases involving trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, unfair competition, false advertising, and consumer class actions, as well as general business and complex commercial litigation matters, including fraud, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty.
