Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Recognizes Crowell & Moring as 2024 Top Performer and Compass Award Winner

Washington – October 2, 2024: The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) awarded Crowell & Moring its Top Performer and Compass awards, noting the firm’s commitment to building a more inclusive legal profession. This marks the eighth consecutive year that the firm has been honored with these distinctions.

The Top Performer award recognizes organizations that are most engaged with LCLD’s programs and activities throughout the year. Crowell ranked first among LCLD members recognized as 2024 Top Performers thanks to its leadership and active engagement in LCLD activities.

LCLD is composed of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners—the leaders of the profession—who are committed to ensuring that all talent thrives, with the ultimate goal of building a more equitable and diverse legal profession.

The Compass Award honors those individuals and organizations that fulfill all of the following requirements in a single calendar year:

• • • Member (Managing Partner/General Counsel) engagement with LCLD;
    • Nominate an LCLD Fellow;
    • Nominate an LCLD Pathfinder;
    • Participate in an LCLD pipeline program (the 1L Scholars Program or the Success in Law School Mentoring Program).
