Human Rights Campaign Gives Crowell & Moring 100 Percent Rating On LGBTQ Workplace Equality Issues

Washington – April 5, 2019: The Human Rights Campaign Foundation's Corporate Equality Index gave Crowell & Moring, LLP a 100 percent rating in its national benchmarking survey and report. The foundation rates companies based on their corporate policies and practices related to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) workplace equality. The perfect score places the firm on the foundation’s list of “Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality.” This marks the ninth consecutive year that the firm has been named to the list.

The foundation's 2019 index rated 164 law firms’ practices such as workforce protections, inclusive benefits, and an inclusive culture and corporate responsibility. Businesses are rated on a scale from 0 to 100, with a certain number of points awarded for meeting each criterion.
