Washington, October 26, 2017: Crowell & Moring represented Novume Solutions Inc. (OTCQB: NVMM) in its acquisition of Global Technical Services Inc. and Global Contract Professionals Inc. (Global). The transaction closed on October 4.

Novume has made several strategic acquisitions of professional services firms in and around the government contracting industry over the past three years, as the company seeks to expand in the government contracting outsourced services. Global consists of two privately held Fort Worth, Texas-based companies under common ownership, which have provided contract and direct-hire staffing services to the aerospace, aviation maintenance, electronics, and defense industries for nearly 30 years. Novume anticipates that the addition of Global will add more than $35 million of revenue to its top line in 2018, an important step in the company’s strategic plans to expand through acquisitions and organic growth. The move also provides a foundation for future expansion and acquisitions in the aerospace and aviation staffing industry.

The Crowell & Moring team was led by partners Morris F. DeFeo Jr. and Steve J. McBrady and included partners Jennifer A. Ray and Jeffrey C. Selman; senior counsel Scott Lessne; counsel Jonathan M. Baker; and associates Jonathan Nesher and Kevin Silk.
