Washington, D.C. - July 20, 2015: Crowell & Moring's Antitrust Group is advising longtime client United Technologies Corp. in its sale of Sikorsky Aircraft to Lockheed Martin Corp. for $9 billion. Sikorsky is the manufacturer of numerous civil and military helicopters, including the Black Hawk and Marine One.

The Crowell & Moring antitrust team advising UTC is led by partner Shawn R. Johnson. Co-counsel for UTC is Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz partner David A. Schwartz.
