DEAL NOTE: Crowell Advises Bishop Fox in $75 Million Series B Financing

San Francisco – July 15, 2022: A cross-practice Crowell & Moring team represented Bishop Fox, the leading authority in offensive security, in closing a $75 million Series B financing. This second round of financing brings total funding to $100 million and will be used to grow the company’s team of offensive security experts and fuel expansion of its award-winning Cosmos platform. The platform proactively defends dynamic attack surfaces by combining advanced technology, automation, and expert-driven testing.
Carrick Capital Partners, a San Francisco-based private equity firm, led the financing. San Francisco partner Jon O'Connell led the Crowell team, which included senior counsel Mark Kass (D.C.) and associates Justin Lurie (New York) and Ryan Flynn (New York).
