Crowell & Moring Announces Promotion of 13 Lawyers to Partner and Counsel

Washington, D.C. – January 2, 2004: Crowell & Moring LLP is pleased to announce the promotion of 13 of its lawyers effective January 1, 2004.
The five attorneys who were promoted to partner are Stu Einbinder (California office), a litigator representing companies in construction, real estate, high-tech and government contract disputes; Scott Feldmann (California office), who practices in intellectual property, ecommerce and technology law; Bob Grabarek (California office), whose practice focuses on patent prosecution; Beth Nolan (Washington, D.C. office), who blends a government ethics practice with a sophisticated federal and international litigation practice; and Kristof Roox (Brussels office), an IP litigator focusing on complex patent disputes.
Eight lawyers in the firm's Washington, D.C. office have been promoted from associate to counsel. They are Andrew Bagley of the labor and employment group; David Haga of the litigation group; Kay Kim of the corporate group; Beth Kramer of the litigation group; Kening Li of the intellectual property group; Barry Parsons of the litigation group; Aryeh Portnoy of the securities regulation and enforcement group; and Alex Schaefer, whose practice focuses on international import regulations.
