Crowell & Moring’s Toni Michelle Jackson and Judy Kelly He Elected as Fellows of the American Bar Foundation

Washington – November 22, 2024: Crowell & Moring’s Toni Michelle Jackson and Judy Kelly He have been elected as fellows of the American Bar Foundation.

Jackson and He join the global honorary society of attorneys, judges, law faculty, and legal scholars whose public and private careers have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the highest principles of the legal profession and to the welfare of their communities. Membership is limited to 1% of lawyers licensed to practice in each jurisdiction. Members are nominated by their peers and elected by the ABF Board.

Jackson is a partner in Crowell’s Litigation and Labor & Employment groups in Washington, D.C., and chair of the firm’s State Attorneys General practice. A first-chair litigator with extensive jury and bench trial experience, she has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in complex civil litigation, including employment, commercial, class actions, internal investigations, and civil rights. Prior to joining Crowell, Jackson served as Deputy Attorney General of the Public Interest Division of the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia.

He is a counsel in Crowell’s Patents Group in the firm’s Chicago office. She represents companies in the pharmaceuticals, medical devices, vaping industries with patent, trade secrets, and licensing disputes, from pre-suit to post-trial and appeal. In addition to her intellectual property practice, He is a passionate pro bono advocate, and assists immigrant children and families with special immigrant juvenile status and asylum cases.
