Crowell & Moring’s Chicago Office Relocates to Premier Space at 300 North LaSalle Amid Recent Growth

Chicago – December 2, 2025: Building on continued momentum and expansion in Chicago, Crowell & Moring has moved into new office space at 300 N. LaSalle in the River North neighborhood. The firm will occupy 48,966 fully renovated square feet across two floors of the 60-story landmark tower. The move comes on the heels of recent growth in Crowell’s Chicago office, including the addition of 25 health care attorneys in August.

Crowell opened its Chicago office in 2021 with a premier intellectual property and technology practice, and over the last four years, has grown its client offerings through strategic additions in practices, including corporate, litigation, health care, and regulatory. Last year, the firm added highly regarded corporate and commercial partners John Koenigsknecht, David Stone, Elaine Taussig, and Thomas Williams. Most recently, Crowell expanded its health care practice, adding a market leading team of 50 attorneys led by Martin Bishop. More than half of this team is in Chicago, including partners Steve Hamilton, Rebecca Hanson, Tom Hardy, Dan Hofmeister, Alex Lucas, Jason Mayer, Kevin Tessier, and Bryan Webster.

The Chicago office is the latest office move for Crowell. Earlier this year, the firm relocated its London office amid robust growth, while its New York City office moved to new space in Hudson Yards in 2024. Crowell’s Washington, D.C. office will relocate to newly renovated space in May 2026.

The Chicago office features floor-to-ceiling windows and sweeping views of the Chicago River, an innovative and efficient column-free design, and modern amenities such as standing desks and cold brew coffee on tap. The office also includes numerous communal areas to support internal collaboration and host local firm-sponsored community and industry events. Crowell has been committed to investing in and giving back to the Chicago community through impactful work with several pro bono and charitable organizations in Chicago, including the Greater Chicago Legal Clinic, Chicago Volunteer Legal Services, the Legal Prep Charter Academy, and the North Suburban Legal Aid Clinic.
