Crowell & Moring Represents Rekor on Public Offering

Washington – February 14, 2024: Crowell & Moring advised Rekor Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: REKR), in its $28.75M firm-commitment underwritten public offering of common stock, including exercise in-full of the over-allotment option granted by Rekor to the underwriters. The offering was completed at a price per share of $2.50 and was oversubscribed by investors. Rekor is a global AI technology company with a mission to provide insights that build safer, smarter, and more efficient cities around the world through intelligent infrastructure.

Crowell & Moring partners William Bruno, Steve McBrady, Lex Eley, and Vince Galluzzo, as well as associate Ryan Flynn, represented Rekor in connection with the transaction.
