June 10, 2026: A Crowell & Moring team represented Arkaea Media Group, a B2B media company covering the defense, space, and nuclear energy sectors, in its acquisition of Decoding Bio, a research and events company focused on the intersection of AI and biotechnology. Decoding Bio publishes a research newsletter with more than 10,000 subscribers and hosts the annual AI x Bio Summit.

The deal marks Arkaea’s first acquisition and reflects its broader strategy to own media channels around critical technology.

London – September 18, 2026: Crowell & Moring advised the Gold Family on the successful disposal of a 24.9% interest in WH Holding Limited, the holding company of West Ham United Football Club. The Gold Family originally agreed to sell its shareholding to a consortium comprising PCP Capital Partners, led by Amanda Staveley and Mehrdad Ghodoussi, and Ashland Forest Capital Partners.
