Washington – April 7, 2023: BTI Consulting named Crowell & Moring to its Client Service A-Team 2023 in recognition of the ways the firm has provided top-notch service to clients. Crowell has been ranked in the Client Service A-Team every year for the past decade. The firm achieved a ranking this year of 43rd out of 241 law firms.
The BTI Client Service A-Team 2023 is determined based on independent and unbiased data collected during the organization’s Annual Survey of General Counsel, which includes more than 350 in-depth interviews with the highest-ranking legal decision makers at companies with at least $1 billion in revenue. Companies taking part in the 2023 research are representative of more than 15 industry segments.
BTI has determined 17 attributes that clients deem important, including providing practical solutions; ability to solve complex matters; responsiveness; and more.
