Washington – November 2, 2021: Bloomberg Law has named Crowell & Moring to the inaugural Bloomberg Law DEI Framework in recognition of the firm’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The DEI Framework is “a listing of law firms that meet or exceed a rising standard for diversity, equity, and inclusion in their firm.”
Crowell & Moring is one of 28 firms on the 2021 list, which was determined by a panel of experts from industry, academia, and the legal industry using data measured across areas such as recruitment and retention, leadership and talent pipelines, and business strategy.
“We are proud to be included in the inaugural Bloomberg Law Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Framework,” said Don Smith, Crowell & Moring’s Chief Talent & Inclusion Officer. “Measuring progress through data is an important part of ensuring accountability and progress.
