Attorney Bolling Named Chair of the Transportation Committee of the ABA Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice

Washington, D.C. – August 30, 2002: Crowell & Moring LLP is pleased to announce that Thomas Newton Bolling, counsel in the firm's Aviation Practice, has been named Chair of the Transportation Committee of the American Bar Association Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice.

Mr. Bolling advises airlines, aviation manufacturers, business aviation operators and trade associations on federal laws, regulations and rulemakings affecting the aviation industry and legislative and regulatory developments in the nation's capital. He also practices in aircraft transactions involving a wide array of fixed-wing and rotorcraft types.

The Transportation Committee is a government function committee of the ABA's Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice. It is responsible for procedural and regulatory matters involving air, surface and water transportation arising before federal agencies, including the Department of Transportation, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Federal Maritime Commission, the Surface Transportation Board, and before state agencies. The Committee publishes the Transportation Committee Quarterly.
