The New York University Annual Survey of American Law presents its annual symposium on Tuesday, February 23, 2016. This year's topic is "The Internet, Disruptive Innovation, and Data Privacy." Two panels and a keynote address will discuss the role of municipal regulation, law, policy and business in regard to disruptive innovation (e.g., Uber, AirBnb, Lyft, Wearables), the Internet and data privacy.


Peter Miller will be speaking at this event. His topic: "A World of Disruptive Innovations: Workable Solutions to Data Privacy and Public Policy Issues in the Sharing Economy."
