Crowell & Moring recruits law students for our summer associate program through formal interview programs hosted by law schools across the country. Write-in candidates from schools outside the established schedules are also encouraged to apply. Check our “Apply Now” page in mid-May and periodically thereafter for 2L positions and December-January for 1L positions. Please reach out to your law school career development office for information on how to apply or schedule an interview.

We require each candidate to provide a resume, law school transcript, and cover letter when submitting a job application. Cover letters should be addressed to: Lynn Herron, Director of Legal Talent Acquisition, at the address for the office to which you are applying. These positions are limited to J.D. students attending ABA-accredited law schools in the U.S.
