Beth Bradley is an associate in Crowell & Moring’s Corporate and Financial Services practices in the firm’s London office. Beth trained at a global law firm. She works across a variety of finance matters and restructuring and insolvency, with a focus on domestic and cross-border asset-based lending.

Representative Matters

  • Advising an asset-based lender (lead arranger) in a syndicated transaction, the first major FILO facility in the European asset-based markets providing up to £265 million in financing to British Steel.
  • Advising an asset-based lender in relation to providing facilities pursuant to four acquisitions creating the largest independent timber distribution company in the United Kingdom.
  • Advising an asset-based lender with the finance of two sponsor- led cross-border acquisition finance transactions in relation to a group of health care and pharmaceutical companies.
