- Advising an asset-based lender (lead arranger) in a syndicated transaction, the first major FILO facility in the European asset-based markets providing up to £265 million in financing to British Steel.
- Advising an asset-based lender in relation to providing facilities pursuant to four acquisitions creating the largest independent timber distribution company in the United Kingdom.
- Advising an asset-based lender with the finance of two sponsor- led cross-border acquisition finance transactions in relation to a group of health care and pharmaceutical companies.
