Ashleigh Kaspari


Ashleigh Kaspari is a Litigation associate in Crowell & Moring’s Denver office. Ashleigh’s clients span a wide array of industries, including telecommunications, pharmaceutical, and consumer products. Her clients turn to her for counseling and representation in state and federal court in complex commercial business disputes and other litigation matters, as well as in regulatory compliance before state and federal regulatory agencies.

Prior to joining Crowell & Moring, Ashleigh worked as a criminal defense investigator for the Office of the Colorado State Public Defender. She is presently a private investigator in Colorado. During law school, she served as judicial extern for the U.S. District Court, District of Colorado, co-president of the Latino Law Students Association, investigator for the Korey Wise Innocence Project, and member of the international legal team to protect Mayan land rights in Belize, traveling to Belize on numerous occasions for litigation before the Belize Supreme Court and the Caribbean Court of Justice.

Ashleigh is active in her local legal community. Currently, she holds several leadership roles with the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association, including board member, co-chair of the Charitable Contributions Committee, and a member of the planning committee. She is also a member of the Colorado Lawyers Committee Racial Justice Task Force.
