Deal Note: Crowell & Moring's Antitrust Group Advises AT&T on Acquisition of DIRECTV, DOJ Will Not Challenge Acquisition

Washington, D.C. - July 21, 2015: The U.S. Department of Justice's Antitrust Division announced that it will not challenge AT&T's $48 billion acquisition of DIRECTV. Crowell & Moring served as lead antitrust counsel for AT&T in the matter.
