Washington, D.C. -- April 22, 2013: Crowell & Moring LLP represented Ralph Lauren Corporation and negotiated the unprecedented parallel non-prosecution agreements announced today with the SEC and DOJ resolving allegations concerning violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) in Argentina. The firm conducted Ralph Lauren Corporation's internal investigation of operations in Argentina, and represented the company in its self-reporting. This was the first non-prosecution agreement that the SEC had entered into involving the FCPA.
