DEAL NOTE: Crowell & Moring Represents Maersk Line on its Disposal of Mercosul Line

London, July 20, 2017: Crowell & Moring is advising Maersk Line, the world’s largest container shipping company, on its disposal of Mercosul Line to CMA CGM S.A. Mercosul Line is one of the leading players in Brazil’s internal container shipping market. The disposal is subject to Brazilian regulatory approval and the closing of Maersk’s Hamburg Süd acquisition. Financial terms of the transaction are not disclosed.
