Crowell & Moring Receives Casa De Maryland's Social Justice

Washington, D.C. – June 5, 2013: Crowell & Moring LLP is pleased to announce that on June 4, the firm received Casa De Maryland's inaugural "Social Justice Award" for its work representing four individuals who were the victims of an illegal immigration raid. 

CASA De Maryland is a community organization that was founded in 1985 by Central American refugees and North Americans. The organization was created in response to the human needs of the thousands of Central Americans arriving to the Washington, D.C. area after fleeing wars and civil strife in their countries of origin.
