Washington, D.C. – September 28, 2015: Crowell & Moring is pleased to announce that it has been listed by corporate counsel as a "Standout" firm in the categories of IP Litigation and Complex Employment Litigation in BTI Litigation Outlook 2016.

To select the list of top law firms, BTI conducted one-on-one interviews with over 300 general counsel, in-house litigation counsel and litigation practice leaders at law firms between March and September 2015. The results were determined through comprehensive analysis of client spending, goals, priorities and needs, noting the firms who are optimally positioned to meet these challenges.

Litigation is a core strength of Crowell & Moring and a principal foundation of the firm's success. More than two-thirds of the firm's attorneys prosecute and defend cases in federal and state trial and appellate courts, before domestic and international arbitration panels, and in administrative actions held before United States governmental agencies. With a deep bench of seasoned litigators, Crowell & Moring has proficiency in a wide variety of practice and industry specialties, including IP and Employment Litigation.

Crowell & Moring LLP is an international law firm with approximately 500 lawyers representing clients in litigation and arbitration, regulatory, and transactional matters.
