Washington, D.C. – Nov. 29, 2004: Crowell & Moring Partners Terry Albertson, Richard McMillan and Richard Morvillo were named leading lawyers in their practice areas by the Legal Times.
Mr. Albertson was selected for his work in Government Contracts, winning a spot in the special report "Government Contracts 2004: Well Sold in Washington." Mr. McMillan was listed among the leading Litigation lawyers, while Mr. Morvillo was recognized for his Securities and Corporate Governance work.

Mr. Albertson regularly represents contractors at various Boards of Contract Appeals and the Court of Federal Claims. He has tried a number of important cases concerning defective pricing, federal government Cost Accounting Standards, the allowability of costs, multiple award contracts, and terminations.
Mr. McMillan is a trial lawyer, specializing in the field of business litigation, including intellectual property, antitrust and other complex commercial disputes. Mr. McMillan's extensive trial experience includes both jury and non-jury cases in federal and state courts, as well as before arbitration panels and administrative tribunals.
Mr. Morvillo has handled many SEC, NYSE, NASD and grand jury investigations on behalf of corporations, corporate executives, brokerage firms, investment advisors, accountants, lawyers and individual investors. He has successfully litigated several SEC Enforcement cases to judgment.
