Washington – December 1, 2022: BTI Consulting Group named Crowell & Moring to its 2022 list of law firms that corporate counsel frequently recommend.

According to BTI’s Most Recommended Law Firms 2022 report, Crowell and the other 76 firms on the list “separate themselves by exceeding client expectations, thus earning the coveted unprompted client recommendation.” Superior client service is consistently the leading driver of law firm recommendations by General Counsel. Of those interviewed, 40% of the top legal decision makers include the ability to understand their business as a key component of client service.

The report is based on more than 340 in-depth interviews with corporate counsel conducted between March and September. More than half of the companies surveyed this year provided feedback in previous years. The companies ranged in size from $700 million in revenue to the largest companies in the world and represent more than 15 industry segments.

Founded in 1989, BTI benchmarks how Fortune 1000 companies buy and evaluate professional service providers. To learn more about BTI and view the report, please click here.
